      • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

    2. Non-Returnable Items

        • Products damaged due to customer mishandling or improper use.

        • Accessories, cables, or small parts not covered by warranty.

        • Items without proper proof of purchase or unboxing video evidence (if requested).

      3. Return Process

          • Provide order number, issue details, and clear images/video of the defect.

          • After review, our team will guide you through the replacement process.

        4. Replacement Timeline

            • Once approved, replacement processing takes 3–7 working days depending on product type and stock availability.

              • No cash refund is available.

              • Only replacement or store credit will be provided in valid cases.

            6. Courier Responsibility

                • Nexus Park BD is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or damage caused by third-party courier services.
